Have you ever done oil pulling?
I know, sounds crazy. It is an ancient Ayurveda technique that is done to improve dental health and possibly draw toxins from your body.
Don’t believe it, try it!
My suggestion is to take 1 tablespoon of unrefined coconut oil and swish it in your mouth for 20 minutes. Oil pulling is best first thing in the morning, before you brush your teeth. Make sure to discard of the oil in a tissue, not in your sink. Then brush your teeth.

Coconut oil coffee
1 cup brewed organic coffee
1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
1 teaspoon of grass-fed, unsalted butter or ghee
A dash of cinnamon
1) Add ingredients to a blender
2) Mix
3) Enjoy
If you are still hesitant to add butter to your coffee, just try the oil.
