Making Tacos this week? Make your own healthy taco seasoning.
Healthy Taco Seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili pepper (if you don't have the pepper, I have subbed chili powder too and it works just as well)
- 1/2 tsp of cumin
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- dash of pepper
- Mix all together, store in airtight container.

Hi Donna,
The packets typically call for one packet for 1lb of meat and I use this for 1lb of meat as well. I do also add a little bit of water to the pan once I add the seasoning. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Hope you enjoy it!
