Coconut Whipped Cream
- 2 cans of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon real maple syrup
- Chill the coconut milk in the cans overnight in the refrigerator
- Remove just the cream from the 2 cans and add to a blender
- Add vanilla and maple syrup
- Whip in blender
- Store in refrigerator
