What Is Holistic Health Coaching About?

December 26, 2015 By //  by Dishing For Real

Do you ever hear yourself saying “I just can’t lose weight?” or “I don’t know where to start”?
A Holistic Health Coach can help you achieve your goals.

A Holistic Health Coach can help with:

  • weight loss
  • meal planning
  • increased energy
  • eliminating processed foods
  • accountability
  • stress/time management
  • relationships
  • life balance
  • improved self confidence

The positive outcomes are endless.

The Investment in Your Health:

Health History – FREE
Let’s get started with your Health History. This is a free 45-minute consultation to learn more about you and your goals. Any questions regarding the program can be answered at this time. Don’t miss an opportunity to transform your health.

6 month program – $200 per month (one month free if paid in full)
This program is designed specifically to achieve your goals determined in your Health History. You will receive 12-60 minute sessions (in person, phone or skype), weekly support emails, healthy recipes, assignments, literature and monthly gifts to support your wellness journey.

1-60 min accountability session – $150
This is an additional option for those seeking a little extra coaching and accountability. This is a great resource after you have completed the 6 month program but the program is not required for a single accountability session.

Grocery Store Tour – Contact for Pricing
Once you have made the decision to embrace a healthier lifestyle, grocery shopping can seem overwhelming. If you have a favorite store, we can shop together and review the best items to reach your wellness goals. A grocery store tour can be for an individual or a group.

I always thought that I knew a lot about the food I was buying for my family. I didn’t expect to learn much from Meghan on the grocery tour, but I was dead wrong! She was so knowledgable and taught me more in 1 hour about what foods promote health than I have learned the past 10 years of label reading and research. The grocery tour changed the way I shop for food.

Pantry Makeover – Contact for Pricing
One of the first steps when transitioning to a healthy lifestyle is a pantry makeover. We will work together to make sure you understand what is in your pantry and how it affects your body and overall health. This is a great exercise to do along with a grocery store tour.

Lunch and Learn – Contact for Pricing
Whether you manage a corporate team or lead a community group, we will come in to discuss a wellness topic and provide helpful tips for members of your organization. This is a great opportunity to talk about stress reduction techniques, goal setting, cultivating positive relationships, eating healthy on the go, plus many more topics that strengthen overall wellness.
